  • Arrive at Bangkok International airport, meet our rep and trasnfer to Hotel ( PVt transfer )
  • Over night at hotel in Bangkok
  • After breakfast this morning, City tour Bangkok on pvt basis with guide ( Golden Budha + Marble temple + Gems Gallery)
  • rest of the day is free to explore on own
  • Breakfast will be at hotel,
  • Check out and transfer to airport

Inclusions

  • Hotel Nights accommodation on twin sharing basis as per itinerary

  • Meals as mentioned in the itinerary

  • All transfers and sightseeing in mode of transportation as mentioned in the itinerary

  • Road taxes, parking fees, fuel charges, interstate taxes

 

Exclusions

  • GST if not mentioned in the rates

  • TCS extra and over and above the package price

  • All personal expenses like tips, laundry, telephone calls/fax, alcoholic beverages, camera/video camera fees at monuments, medical expenses, airport departure tax etc.

  • Anything not mentioned under Package Inclusions.

  • Room heater will be chargeable basis on direct payment.

  • Entrance fees at all monuments and sightseeing spots unless mentioned in the itinerary of inclusions section

  • Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.

  • Airfare if not mentioned in the itinerary

  • Travel Insurance if not mentioned in the itinerary

  • Costing is not based on fixed hotel and inventory and is subject to change. This would be infored to you within 48hrs of booking this package.

  • In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS. Any component such as air, confirmed hotel of transfers etc which may have been issued would incur a cancellation charge which would be charged to the customer as per actual

  • Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.

  • In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.

  • We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.

  • The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.

  • The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).

  • This is an online offer, so after booking we will confirm the price and hotel within 48 hours.

 

 

  • 30% advance to be paid at the time of booking.
  • 100% flight fare required to issue the tickets.
  • Air fair is calcualted at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.
  • 100 payment is to be made for domestic packages before 10 days of departure date.
  • 100 payment is to be made for international packages before 15 days of departure date.
  • In case of cancellation standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the policies

If you Cancel your Holiday

  • 30 days or more before date of departure : 25% of total cost + any actual costs of cancellation such as airfare or any other prepaid services

  • 29 - 20 days before date of departure : 50% of total cost

  • 19 days or less before date of departure : 100% of total cost

  • All the bookings Confirmation after 50% Advance Payment.
  • Once the booking is Confirmed, Vouchers will be issued with suggested Trip Detail & hotel reservation, which may change with prior notice to the client.
  • Once you receive the Hotel confirmation from our staff, the client can reconfirm with the hotel for their reservation.
  • We would Require 100% payment Before Travelling.
  • If cancelled from 00 to 10 days before the check-in date 100% booking amount will be charged.
  • If canceled from 11 to 20 days before the check-in date, 70% of the booking amount will be charged.
  • If cancelled from 21 to 30 days before the check-in date 30% booking amount will be charged.
  • No refunds for unused nights, early check-outs, or Any Service.
  • All refunds are processed by the method of payment used in the initial transaction, except in the case of cash payments where the refund is processed through Cheque or online transfer.
  • Mid-tour Cancellation – Yes you can cancel but the amount would be nonrefundable.
  • if there is the refund, the Thailand bank exchange rate will apply, and expenses towards remittance will be borne Travel agent, not by EA
